We believe being involved in performing arts either on stage, backstage or as an audience member – can be life-changing. We can experience empathy, clarity, and self-awareness. It can build confidence, and resilience and affect our perception of the world around us.
Mission Statement:
We seek out original Australian stories from diverse backgrounds and bring them to life through live performance.
Targeting the outer West of Melbourne, we work with all age groups aiming to give communities and individuals opportunities for training and experience in performing arts to help them become the next generation of theatre makers.

We value authentic stories. We pursue the essence of these stories developing them from the initial concept/idea to live performance.
We believe learning is a vital element in all we do and the development process of new work is as important as the performance.
We believe everyone can love theatre and so aim to reach our very diverse community, building audiences and creatives to embrace unique spaces in Wyndham.
We believe in continual development/growth and seek out networking, financial and in-kind support to create exciting projects and programs each year.
We believe building creative courage will help our youth find their own unique voices which will help them in their life’s journey.
We believe it is vital to create a sense of purpose and belonging for participants, cast and crew, and a welcoming space for audiences through communication, practice, design and training.
We believe in creating a company that welcomes open communication and feedback and aims to have all communications carried out in a timely, constructive manner through appropriate channels.
We ensure procedures and practices are in place and periodically reviewed for good governance and accountability.
